Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within India only.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4-8 business days depending on your location and courier serviceability. Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes may take longer.

Shipping partners: We ship through Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax and other Shiprocket partner couriers.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders require an advance payment of Rs. 99 at checkout. The remaining amount is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at the time of delivery.

Order tracking: A tracking link is sent to your registered email address and mobile number once your order is dispatched.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control.

Damaged or missing items: If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or an unboxing video so that we can resolve it.
