Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Mentexx (Mentexx Education LLP) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are dispatched. To cancel, email workwithsudhanshu04@gmail.com or call +91 94689 43587 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- The product was damaged in transit
- The product is defective or has printing or binding defects
- A wrong item was delivered
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. For damage or wrong-item claims, an unboxing video of the sealed parcel is required.
How to raise a request
Email workwithsudhanshu04@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. Our team will respond within 48 hours and share the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes a further 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items
- Digital products, downloadable content and test series or course access are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
- The Rs. 99 advance paid on Cash on Delivery orders is non-refundable if the order is refused at the time of delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear after delivery.
